Dr. Shawn Bruch, DVM

I graduated in 1994 and joined the clinic in 1999. An area of the veterinary industry that interests me is orthopedic surgery.

My favourite thing about the clinic the tremendous sense of teamwork and camaraderie at CMVH. Many of our team have been with the hospital for almost 10 years. There is a strong sense of community between us and our clients and their pets.

What I love most about my job is challenges of orthopedic surgery, especially corrective surgery for anterior cruciate ligament disease. I love to see our long-term clients whom we consider the extended family of our practice. I enjoy greeting new clients to help our family grow.

Fun fact about me is that I am an avid and passionate cyclist (road, mountain bike, and cyclocross) but also love to garden and cook and am a budding barista and coffee fanatic. I enjoy camping and kayaking with my wife Dr. Jacqui. Our 21-year-old cat CiCi is the oldest patient at College Manor but she is in remarkable health and the love of lives for myself and Jacqui.
